昨晚做的韭菜盒子

第一次做的韭菜盒子。皮太厚了,馅是用韭菜,鸡蛋和虾仁拌成的。味道还不错,就是煎得有点焦。儿子和老公都吃了不少,最后剩了3个。儿子把韭菜盒子叫做中国大饺子(big Chinese dumplings)。:)
